The Pan-Andean Challenge - Record-Breaking Land Sailing

In January 2015, University of Exeter graduates Gareth Davies and Joe Barrs embarked on a record-breaking land-sailing expedition through South America. They Whiked 2,657 miles from Ushuaia to Santiago, going via Mendoza, Argentina to make a summit attempt on Mt. Aconcagua. They hosted a charity dinner in the iconic Long Room at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, helping them raise over £21,000 for The Foundation for Prader-Willi Research and The Ann Dodgson Foundation.
