I was one of the first employees hired by Altum and have been here ever since. What initially drew me to the company are the same factors that have kept me here: I was struck by David and Ed's collaborative and professional demeanour. This culture has remained as the business has expanded. I also wanted to work with colleagues that value honesty and integrity, but still motivated employees to achieve at a high level. It has been a pleasure to be a part of Altum's journey, which has included international growth, new offices, and new disciplines.

It was important to me when moving back to the UK that I was part of a people-orientated business and Altum lived up to that expectation. Management are transparent with the strategy and direction of the organisation and that allows everyone to be behind it. The Altum Foundation is also something that aligns with my values and taking part in the Altumate Experience to raise money for Street Child this year was a real highlight.
