Launched in 2013, we recruit from newly qualified accountants through to senior finance specialists. We’re known for partnering with our clients and carefully listening to their challenges as well as putting the careers of our candidates first.
At Azura Search, we deliver board level and succession plan appointments faster than traditional search firms. Our strength lies in our founders’ collective fifty years of experience. Together, we’ve built a global network.
Altum Foundation supports life-changing organisations through ambitious, inspiring fundraising challenges. All staff are members and we give them tangible experiences to connect with our charitable partners.

Critical to our success is our leadership team, who benefit from equity in their business units as well as the group. This drives the leadership of their businesses for the benefit of the combined group, whilst continuing the boutique consultative approach in their own business.
Interim and Permanent
The Altum Group invests in businesses with a focus on both interim and permanent recruitment to meet the needs of our client base. We understand that the interim and temporary market is key for our investors and as such the business continues to drive excellent growth in interim revenue.
The Altum Group's network of international offices has enabled us to successfully partner with over 25 markets. The ability to grow domestic recruitment businesses through this network provides a huge benefit to our leadership team with access to an international base of clients and candidates.

Giving the next generation the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
Our charitable foundation supports three long-term charity partners: Street Child, Resurgo Trust and Evelina Children's Hospital. Working together with our partners we give people the power to achieve their true potential. All staff are foundation members and we give them tangible experiences to connect with our charitable partners. In 2018 we cycled 470km from our Amsterdam office to our London headquarters, and this year we ran the Sierra Leone marathon for Street Child. These experiences push us out of our comfort zone, connect us as a team and build deeper relationships. It promotes our collaborative approach and supports how we work with our clients.
