Job Summary

​As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment efforts, leveraging your expertise to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the accounting and finance discipline, strong business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights into industry trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Close placements and offer advice to clients and candidates during the offer process.

Business Development:

  • Follow leads, identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio to increase revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute business development plans.

Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:

  • Utilise various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, networking) to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Help manage candidates through interview process by conducting interview preparation, creating preparation notes, and keeping them constantly updated to ensure a good service. Evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.​

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client consultation to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.

​Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client/candidate interactions and job placements on the CRM database.

​Qualifications & Skills 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends gained whilst in an agency.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful placements and client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A genuine interest in people.
  • Have the ability to cold call.
  • Possess a strong command of English, verbal and written.
